L A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A GRANT TO MIAMI-DADE COUNTY (COUNTY) OF A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 1,989 SQUARE FEET IN THE VICINITY OF THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER, LOCATED AT 1901 CONVENTION CENTER DRIVE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING TRAFFIC SIGNAL EQUIPMENT, WHICH EASEMENT AREA IS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT 1 ATTACHED HERETO; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY, IN A FORM APPROVED BY THE CITY ATTORNEY.
