(3) A CITY-OWNED PROJECT , DEVELOPED AS A PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP WITH PROJECT REVENUE BONDS (AND NO SALE ORLEASE OF THE PROPERTY); AND
(4) OTHER OPTIONS THAT MAY BE IDENTIFIED, WITH ALL OF THE FOREGOING OPTIONS TO IDENTIFY FUNDING SOURCES AND PUBLIC OR PRIVATE FINANCING ALTERNATIVES.

DISCUSSION ON THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH COMMITTEE FOR QUALITY EDUCATION'S MOTION REQUESTING THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION MAKE A PRIORITY THAT STUDENTS SAFETY DURING DROP OFF AND PICK UP AT MIAMI BEACH SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL BE SECURED BY URGING OUR TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY DEPARTMENT TO COME UP WITH A WORKING PLAN.
